As an R&D Electrical Engineer – Emobility for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for the electromagnetic design, analysis and simulation of asynchronous motors, permanent magnet motors, or reluctance motor.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for wiring method, coil diagram design and selection of motor insulation system
• Revising the design parameters of the motor according to the test report
• Analyzing and solving problems in project implementation, and conducting experience exchange summary
• Completing design documents, technical documents, and project documents in time

Your background

• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering or related majors
• More than three years of electrical electromagnetic design and process experience
• Familiar with motor electromagnetic design and electromagnetic field theory
• Proficient in asynchronous motor or permanent magnet motor design
• Good team communication and cooperation skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
