Background & Purpose of the Job
As the B&W Global fragrance team, our mission is to elevate consumers'experiences by delivering delightful fragrance experiences to our consumers. We are responsible for delivering fragrance innovation through our brands to our consumer in the markets and managing the fragrance portfolio across all markets (Simplification, Cost Saving, Compliance). As well as competitive understand we also understand the consumer and market Olfactive landscape that helps anticipate and innovate faster. There fore staying in touch with our key markets and consumers is an important part of our strategy. As part of this ambition to keep in touch with consumer and competition in our important markets, we have established a new Regional Fragrance Coordinator role that will be based in strategic BUs.
Who You Are & What You'll Do
The focus of this role is to bring regional Olfactive insights, competitive understanding and enable testing and create a link with the regional B&D BU teams. The core responsibilities of the role are 1) SPOC for new portfolio briefs on Local Jewels 2) Selection of Fragrances from predefined Green list 3) Execute and amplify new Fragrance introductions 4) Lead Olfactive Mapping and Understanding in the regions 5) Executes Regional Training and Trends Delivery in the regions including factory and Quality training 6) Execute simplification, compliance and cost saving agenda in the region 7)Enables consumer testing and competitive tracking in the region

• You're a paradox navigator: Fragrance is not an exact science. Navigating paradox in a way that lets Unilever win in the marketplace is a very valuable skill for this role.
What You'll Need To Succeed
5+ years of industry experience, at least 1 year in skin care/hair care is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Chemical Engineering. Fragrance working knowledge required. In order to succeed in this role, it's key to have a passion for high performance, agility and consumer love. The candidate should be able to prioritize complex workloads, ability to work across multiple time zones and self-motivate. Leadership and good communication are critical to be able to deliver on this role considering the nature of the work and interfaces with stakeholders. It's also very important that the candidate be a team player, who enjoys collaboration within the fragrance team and with key interfaces, who can inspire the interfaces to go the extra mile when things get challenging and someone who will dedicate time, passion and energy to ensure we win as a team.
