- Being responsible for R&D Work for new servo motor construction design based on project/customer requirement
- Coordinating with electrical team to verify servo motor performance and quality
- Working on component development, cost saving, improvement, etc.
- Defining servo motor product cost analysis and cost reduction plan based on project requirement
- Defining technical standard/criteria for servo motor assembly line
- BS/MS degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics
- 5+ years of mechanical design experience with motor design
- Worked for a multinational company or technical area in a motor industry
- Familiar with machining and assembly process
- Familiar with regulations and codes of related motor standards
