- You will know new technology or product development according to company roadmap.
- You will be leading project team on challenging tasks.
- You will cooperate with research team and 3rd party on recycling materials investigation.
- You will be responsible for failure analysis of epoxy products and give out improvement solutions.

- You hold a degree in material engineering.
- Required 2+ Years related experience on insulation material, especially epoxy formulation and processing.
- Ability to work independently based upon set goals and objectives.
- Ability to plan and execute on timely manner with high quality.
- Problem solving & analytical skills.
- Interaction and communication with users and team members – experience in working in groups to achieve common target.
- Ability to share feedback with team members.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English language.
