- 1.本科及以上学历,具备游戏行业或软件行业从业经验;2.精通项目管理知识体系,具备相关项目管理经验;3.积极主动,心态开放,沟通能力、学习能力、抗压能力强;4.具有较强的执行力,目标结果导向,善于归纳总结,推动团队效率提升;5.有游戏项目管理工作经验者优先;有从事过大模型、数据类项目管理的经历者优先。
