职位描述岗位职能:
1、商务拓展
1)负责有源无源实验室相关业务产品的商务拓展,通过专业的呈现把需求转化为业务;
2)维护老客户并积极拓展新客户,保持一定客户新增数量,力争完成和超额完成目标任务;
3)根据公司总体规划,积极参与各项展会、研讨会和商务活动等拓展渠道,整体宣传,开拓市场。通过调研竞争对手竞争策略及动态,汇总客户需求,建议实验室新建能力及资源投入并提供评估报告。
2、客户信息维护
通过约访或拜访等了解客户组织架构、决策链、经营情况等信息,建立客户档案,定期收集整理客户需求,阶段性跟进,建立完整的客户追溯信息。
3、财务
1)负责组织项目竞标活动,以及投标前的准备工作,负责沟通及签订合同及协议、掌握执行情况,确保合同款及时回笼;
2)每月对客户的表现和收入贡献进行分析,以调整预期并制定相应的行动计划。
4、内部外部沟通
1)与实验室保持密切沟通,关注项目进展情况,使公司业务顺利运作;
2)负责收集行业信息及动态、与行业协会组织、政府老师保持一定的联系;
3)协调技术支持团队及实验室为客户定制个性化解决方案;
4)跟进客户投诉案件和持续改善计划。
任职要求:
1、本科以上,食品/化学/生物/医药等专业优先考虑。
2、5年及以上医疗器械技术服务及检测销售相关工作经验和客户资源者优先。
3、了解ISO 、ISO,GMP等相关质量体系法规及医疗器械行业标准。
4、学习能力强,责任心强,耐心且细心,良好的逻辑思考能力及独立开发客户的能力,英文熟练阅读及基本口语交流。
