- Manage the internal control process and procedures, make sure each entity in compliance with regulations and corporate policies.
- Identity weakness in internal control process and take corrective actions.
- Initiate the policies and procedures whenever in needs, and implement them.
- Provide periodic training, guidance and education to accounting and cross functional teams on updated policies, procedures and regulations.
- Project Management of global and local initiatives related to the operations of NSC.
- Assist in preparation of internal audit and work with finance managers and business leaders to close the gap identified.
- Collaborate with accounting team leaders to standardize and optimize accounting and reporting processes.
- Act as the contact window of NSC China accounting team, report accounting issues to the Group accounting team and provide professional accounting/process advice to local accounting team.
- Be responsible for collecting information and submitting of various reports to the Group team.
- Manage the relationship with auditing firms during interim and annual financial audits.
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Professional Accounting qualifications (CICPA, ACCA or equivalent)
- At least 7 years' professional experience in audit and internal control; Big 4 experience is preferred.
- Developed in drive innovation, collaborate for achievement; communicate effectively, drive sustainable solutions and act with entrepreneurial drive.
- Strong conceptual, presentation and report writing skills.
- Good Chinese and English speaking & writing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good collaboration and influencing skills and team work spirit.
