- Responsible for promoting the company's diabetes products in the target area and achieving the sales goals.
- Manage customers in the target area, including establishing and updating customer information, maintaining customer relationships, and making optimal use of company resources.
- Complete various sales reports as required by the company.
- Collect information on competitors in the region.
- Strictly adhere to the company's Code of Ethical Conduct (OEC) policy and effectively implement the company's marketing plans.
- Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields.
- At least two years of experience in sales of pharmaceuticals or medical devices, with a preference for those with a background in foreign-invested enterprises.
- Demonstrated strong sales awareness and judgment abilities.
- Excellent communication and language skills.
- Passion for sales, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle work pressure.
- Ability to work in a team and demonstrate resilience and hard work.
