- 协助 KA 策略团队制定与医院关键客户的合作战略与目标,支持全国战略合作项目执行,并搭建区域战略合作项目与平台,推动医院层面改变糖尿病
- 负责设定区域关键客户团队产品医院准入策略,设定年度目标,并有效进行目标分解和跟进和绩效管理,并高效达成
- 负责设定区域关键客户团队医院安全运营战略目标,进行年度目标设定和绩效跟进考核
- 负责与区域层面其他部门和团队合作,支持其他层面准入工作在区域的执行
- 10 年以上医药行业工作经验, 5 年以上的 KA 、 MA 经验和团队管理经验优先
- 了解医院管理体系,熟悉医院准入流程和标准,掌握大区市场销售业务运作模式,善于区域或全国业务规划
- 医药、市场营销或管理类相关专业, 本科及以上学历
