- You will Lead the region sales team to reach overall business targets with a budgeted JV mix and segment mix.

- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in an engineering-related major, especially in electrical & and power.
- 8+ years of sales & team management experiences.

- Proficiency in MS Office skills
- Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
