  • Delivering Aon United end-to-end capability and executing key initiative driving business revenue for China market to achieve business growth
  • Articulating Aon's value proposition & capabilities to clients, resolve to shaping better decisions for clients
  • Collaborating with solution lines and implementing Aon United strategies to explore opportunities in China
  • Leading a team to find opportunities in both existing clients and prospects
  • Building exemplary relationships with clients, establishing direct connection with key clients' reinsurance manager
  • Support knowledge exchange across regions and local

    • Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 5-10 years working experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Familiar with reinsurance knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent in English and Mandarin
