岗位职责:
1.独立完成北美新客户账户建立;
2.独立完成北美客户订单管理;
3.独立完成客户付款冲销及相关分析;
4.处理发票及对帐单;
5.协助美国/加拿大信用管理部门进行到期未付发票分析;
6.帐龄管理;
7.向客户或美国/加拿大信用管理部门提供应收帐款的相关报告。
任职要求:
1. 大学专科以上学历,专业不限,欢迎应届毕业生
2. CET-4 以上,优秀的英语听说读写能力
3. 熟悉Microsoft Office操作,特别是Excel、Word的操作
4. 对数字敏感,诚实且有团队协作精神,责任心强
5.夜班上班时间:22:30——7:30,周末双休。
