岗位描述:
1.专利年费流程管理(案件缴费时限提醒-客户确认指示-案件系统录入-负责专利官费交费清单的制作及缴纳工作-制作请款单);
2.集团管理系统的操作与使用;
3.回复客户对于专利年费的相关咨询;
4.维护客户关系,保证良好的客户满意度;
5.内部流程管理制度的管控、更新和升级;
6.团队日常工作的管理;
7.与公司内部各部门以及总部运营部门的沟通和协调;
8. 与Ominichannel相关事宜的沟通、协调和处理;
9.优秀员工享有明确的晋升通道,并有机会出国培训。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历
2.具有客户服务意识,高度的专业性和判断力;
3.有3-5年涉外知识产权流程工作经验,熟悉专利流程的各种文件和时限的处理者优先;
4.较好的英文阅读理解能力,能快速阅读各种专利流程往来英文函件并进行回复;
5.较好的语言表达能力,良好的沟通能力;
6.熟练使用Office办公软件(Outlook, Excel和Word);
7.工作踏实认真,条理清晰,责任心强,具有良好的团队意识和协作精神,有带领团队的经验优先;
8.对专利流程工作有兴趣,且有长期从事该行业之意愿;
