Job Description
s:1.负责依据ISO 14065、 ISO/IEC 17065、ISO/IEC 17029标准建立、实施、和改进认证机构及核查机构的质量管理体系及作业指导书;
2.确保业务线认证活动及管理体系所需的程序的建立、体系的运行及资质的审批;
3.负责业务线认证实施规则/认证方案的备案、认证结果的上报,确保机构的合规运行;
4.为国内外外审及飞行检查提供支持,包括认可申请、迎审并组织机构人员对不符合项进行整改;
5.作为机构注册管理员,协助业务线体系审核人员、碳核查人员的CCAA资质的注册和维护,确保人员资质的保持;
6.负责内审的执行,以确保满足质量管理体系及核查机构的要求;
7.代表业务线参与机构管理评审工作,提供管理评审输入并形成报告;
8.贯彻机构的质量方针和目标,为管理体系的实施和改进需求提供支持,包括数据库的建立和维护;
9.提供部门安排的其他工作。
Job Requirements:
1.全日制理工科大学本科以上学历,具有环境科学与工程类/材料类/生物学/碳领域等相关专业背景。
2.至少5年以上认证机构质量管理或相关工作经验,熟悉服务认证机构及核查机构相关标准要求及行业情况;
3.熟悉CNCA备案制度,ISO/IEC 17065、ISO/IEC17021、ISO/IEC 17029的标准要求及机构管理制度;
4.熟悉CCAA体系审核员、核查员的注册要求及管理制度,具备CCAA审核员优先;
5.良好英文听说读写能力;
6.具有良好的抗压能力,高度的事业心和责任感,能够接受定期的出差。
