职责范围:

1、日常运行:保证公用系统规范、安全、低成本运行,定时巡视检查公用系统运行状况并根据情况进行适当调整,及时、正确、清楚地按照数据完整性要求记录设备运行参数,并进行初步整理;准确地进行水质分析及处理工作,配合班长进行班组管理,保持责任区域设备的整齐,从事三班工作。

2、应急处理:能够及时发现异常情况,作出正确、有效的判断和处置,及时通知和汇报相关人员,并采取应急措施,使之得到快速有效的解决

3、项目实施:配合涉及公用系统的改、扩建项目,符合国家及公司的规范和规定,并按计划协助完成相关工作,协调施工,控制质量和进度,及验收并配合验证。

AM/PM与维修工作:为保证公用系统设备的正常运行,负责班组AM/PM协调工作,根据计划进行设备的AM/PM,工作应严格按照规定的内容实施并做好记录,在PM工作中发现的异常情况需及时通报。对日常运行中出现的故障进行维修

4、消耗品:根据系统消耗品使用的要求,正确判断消耗品的状况,对达到更换指标的进行及时正确的处置并做好记录,负责消耗品的管理工作,根据消耗品的库存要求及实际库存量的情况,通知相关负责人对低于库存要求的消耗品提出购买申请。

5、GMP、EHS:遵守公司有关EHS、GMP的政策和规定,并完成EHS、GMP相关工作。确保行为符合国家法律、法规政策的要求

任职要求:

1、暖通、给排水、动力专业大专及以上,三年以上大型企业公用系统工作经验

2、国家环保、安全、GMP等相关法律法规及暖通、给排水相关知识

3、具备独立分析问题、动手解决问题的能力,或独立操作设备、分析问题的能力

4、具备较强的沟通,表达能力;和同事交流/向上级汇报工作时能做到没有沟通障碍

5、识别并报告工作中的错误及隐患,并能提出与本专业相关的有效解决方法

6、主动与同事交流,分享自己的经验/技巧以及遇到的问题

7、能很好和同事协同工作,具备较强的团队意识及相互帮助的精神
