    Responsibilities and key activities required (additional to role description)

    1. Develop good quality and complete on-time on layout drawing to fulfill front line requirement
    2. Monitor and support the work of other layout engineers.
    3. Design new layout solutions & review instructions and C-SO
    4. Provide necessary technical support to other departments.
    5. Provide technical training for sub-ordinates and colleagues.
    6. Assist department superior to implement, follow and execute ISO9001, EHS policy within the department.

    Competence & Qualification Requirement:

    Education Background:
    Bachelor or above degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent education including college education. Experience:
    Over 10 years experience in related field in manufacturing field, elevator technical experience is preferable. Skill, Proficiency:
    Mandarin & English communication capability, fluent in written English; familiar with Computer in MS office, AutoCAD,
    Knowledge of elevator system technology. Others:
    Pro-active, task driven, flexible, have strong communication skill.
    With can-do attitude and high degree of integrity, good teamwork spirit.
    Result-oriented, high degree of integrity, high sense of responsibility. EHS Requirement:
    1. Know safety sign, such as safe passage, exit, etc.
    2. Understand emergency response process.
    3. Has the environmental protection consciousness.
