- 1.承接部门管理策略,制定和优化部门各类业务管理机制,定期进行部门业务目标达成情况及情况分析说明,对未完成业务目标的团队或者关键项目提出改进建议方案;为管理层提供决策支持和管理支撑;2.建立和优化业务流程和资源管理体系,解决业务问题,提升业务运作效率;3.围绕团队OKR制定、推动、落实业务推动管理机制(工作标准、制度、表格、工具、对接反馈流程等等), 同时推动管理机制的落地、实施、监控,管理和优化流程各关键环节。 岗位要求
- 1.本科及以上学历,3年以上游戏行业或者分析工作经验,热爱游戏;2.英文能力突出,可以作为工作&生活语言,有海外工作生活背景优先;3.具有战略思维能力和较好的商业洞察力,有自己独到的见解;4.能够在多团队合作的环境中推进项目前进,具备优秀的自我驱动力、团队协作能力及跨部门推动力;5.擅于问题的分析,解决,汇报呈现;6.有PE/VC/咨询/投行/游戏大厂业务管理工作经历的候选人优先。 岗位亮点
