岗位职责:
1、 统筹安排、合理分配各项工作内容,100% 完成公司布置的业务;
2、 严格控制数据录入的质量,错误率不得高于0.03%;
3、 及时跟踪工作进度,确保保质保量实现工作目标;
4、 快速响应各项客户需求,发现问题及时追踪,并给出可行性解决方案,SLA 达成率不低于85%;
5、 快速应对各种工作需求,服从公司的管理安排;
6、 负责员工管理与培训,以及客户关系管理。
任职要求:
1、 专科及以上学历,英语专业、电子商务、物流管理等相关专业优先;
2、 大学英语四级水平,能进行日常简单的英语交流和听说读写;
3、 会熟练操作office办公软件;
4、 熟悉分销后续的供应链运营服务流程,对数据录入项目运作有所了解的优先;
5、 有外贸/物流/电商行业相关经验者优先;
6、 能够适应不同的工作节奏;
7、 较强的沟通能力和团队合作意识。
8、夜班上班时间:23:00——8:00,或者22:30——7:30 (根据业务安排), 周末双休。
