- Work under of the ZMCC Manager. Be responsible for the application and technical support of FIB(Mat and Ind); Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support, equipment demonstration and sample measurement for sales; Product data sorting and application development, in-depth study of products, and provide multi-directional technical support for sales and market.
- Write the analysis report reflecting the excellent performance of the equipment;
- Maintain the equipment as the tool owner of the equipment;
- Experience with field emission scanning electron microscopy technologies.
- Experience of correlative light and electron microscopy technologies
- Preparation and execution of customer demonstrations and sample runs
- Work in conjunction with sales personnel to understand customer requirements in advance of demonstrations.
- Ensure that tools are in optimum condition in advance of demonstrations Maintain the equipment as the tool owner of the equipment;
- Prepare reports for customers on the full results of demonstration or sample work. This includes data analysis, either from images or information from other detection technologies.
- Engage in ongoing training in the company's FIB technology offerings.
- Communicate to account management quickly and in detail any issues that impede customer productivity. Suggest technical path for resolution.
- Travel to trade shows and conferences to support marketing and sales.
