- 销售相关的协助
- 就有关客户的需求和服务向客户服务经理提供行政支持与汇报,同时与客户销售团队保持紧密关系。
- 为指定客户群(如全家便利店员工、港澳台人民币汇款专户客户等)提供开户和客户维护服务,包括客户尽职重审操作等,作以协调缩短事务落实的周期。
- 指定客户群(如全家便利店员工、港澳台人民币汇款专户客户等)的客户帐户设置在本销售支持名下, 如有理财产品认购意向的需求,需向销售团队推荐并办理客户经理变更转移。
- 处理客户查询,例如接听电话等。
- 对支行行长和客户服务经理指定的客户群保持高规格的服务质量。
- 通过准备所需要的管理业务报告以提供管理支持。
- 操作相关
- 根据支行行长和客户服务经理的安排作为柜员的后备人员(具体的工作职责参考柜员的职位描述)。
- 参加柜员职能所要求的培训。
- 获取柜员职能所要求的资质。
- 行政相关
- 提供一般的文书协助,包括打字、传真、录入、归档等要求的工作事项。
- 至少1年或以上的工作经验,如有银行领域或金融机构的工作经验的优先考虑
- 如为具备良好素质的应届毕业生,可加以培训
