- Develop efficient EHS strategies
- Maintain ISO14001,ISO45001 & ISO50001 management system; maintain relevant standards, procedures and processes; conduct the external and internal audit.
- Ensure the laws, regulations, and Group requirements are complied
- Ensure all employees understand company's EHS requirements by training and coaching
- Analyze incident investigation and observation/coaching reports and follow up the corrective and preventive actions
- Report EHS KPI and activities to management monthly
- Develop safety program for educating contractors and suppliers
- Organize the EHS inspection to ensure EHS requirements are implemente
- Lead & develop a team of EHS professionals from different sites
- At least a master/bachelor's degree or equivalent in environmental engineeri ng or safety engineering, with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in EHS management
- Familiar with Chinese laws and regulations related to safety and environment
- Management representative of ISO14001, ISO45001 & ISO50001 system is preferred
- National certificate in safety engineer is preferred
- People management experience required
- Strong spoken & written English communication skills.
