描述
Get knowledge of the new product. Know about the mechanical parts and commercial parts as well as the production machines and tools.
- Transfer the product production technically.
- Finish customization design tasks as request;
- Keep good communication with Europe about product, technology etc.
- Set up BOM list in ERP system, maintain the technical files about drawings, specifications.
- ECN process control to guarantee the right drawing and technical information.
- Through GCR suggestion to improve product quality and manufacturability.
- Prepare technical documents for production such as drawings, instructions.
- Trouble shooting for technical issues.
- Train the workshop people to start the prototype.
- Together with quality department to improve the quality by engineering solutions.
- Together with production department to improve the productivities by engineering measures.
- other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Comply with EHS Laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
Requirements
University Graduate with mechanical design or related major.
- Experience in mechanical engineering or designing field.
- Good oral English for technical communication.
- Good ability in CAD/3D drawing reading and drawing.
- Must use Solidworks proficiently to make 2D/3D drawing, and work in PDM system.
- Use AutoCAD proficiently.
- Proven track on product transfer and transfer project management.
- Knowledge about sheet metal manufacturing, welding, coating, machining, plastic injection and casting.
- Knowledge and experience in product design
- Good experience in production introduction and process set up for workshop;
- Expected to do on hands work or actual assembly especially at start phase of production.
- Attention to details
- Strong skills in problem solving, initiative and good teamwork spirit.
