Overall daily EHS task management in Szh1 branch, ensure site operation compliance with existing laws, regulations, licenses, permits and ordinances pertaining to environment, occupational health and safety.

EHS training system management and EHS promotion activities.

Contact window with local government.

1. Highlight and escalate potential EHS risks.
2. Perform audit and inspection.
3. Cooperate with external parties to improve EHS performances.
4. Provide professional suggestion on EHS to business units.
5. Judge injury types and acceptance of incident analysis report.

We Need You to

• Response for organize, coordinate and participate in varieties of HSE inspection and evaluation, also support of solve out the problems found in inspection.
• Response for new projects government application and EHS related assessment.
• Response for contractor safety management, ensure contractor follow company EHS requirement.
• Response for fire protection management, ensure compliance with fire safety changes.
• Response for equipment safety, conduct MAE release and work closely with technical department to ensure equipment to be effectively reviewed and monitored.
• Response for accident reporting, investigation and corrective action tracking.
• Response for chemical substance assessment and hazardous waste disposal management.
• Support and/or initiate EHS continuous improvement program projects.
• Support ISO 14001/ISO45001 certification efforts and maintain continuous compliance.
• Support department hazard and environmental aspects identification and assessment.
• Support department EHS training, provide face to face training if required.

Bachelor's degree in engineering

5~8 years in EHS implementation and management.

3 years above of management experience in manufacturing area.

ISO14001 and/or ISO45001 management system.

-- Clear legal awareness.

Experience in new project EHS permitting process.

Certified Safety Engineer and/or Certified Fire Engineer

Familiar with digital tools, e.g., Power Bi, Power Automate.
