YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· 执行公司市场部的策略,通过以下方式不断的创造需求,完成及超越完成公司的要求;
· 有效地将目标客户进行分级管理,了解目标客户的情况,合理安排拜访频率、确保正确的传递产品信息;
· 独立的组织面对客户幻灯演讲;
· 独立组织圆桌会,有效的与专家合作,以保证医生正确的处方习惯;
· 协助市场部举办区域的推广会议;
· 协助主管完成招标及医保事务;
· 及时准确的反馈市场信息;及时更新数据库信息及当前的拜访信息。
WHO YOU ARE
· 医药学大专及以上学历;
· 有1年以上医药企业工作经验, 业绩优秀;
· 为人诚实、工作积极主动;
· 具有良好的业务敏锐度、学习能力及沟通技巧;
· 良好的沟通能力及人际关系能力、影响力;
· 有和医学领域专家建立并保持良好的关系的能力;
· 良好的创新,开拓能力;
· 以客户为导向;
· 良好的自我激励能力,愿意在压力下承担挑战性的工作;
· 掌握演讲技巧,良好的协调及组织能力。
