- 1-3 years of relevant experience, with some demonstrated experience in business analysis desired.
- Well-known about asset management and the wealth management industry. Previous mutual fund or wealth management industry experience.
- Experience working across stakeholder groups such as Technology, Strategic Clients and Sales, Customer Support, and Product.
- Good business judgment, fund research, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are hiring a business analyst to work on the China business team for our commission to improve the investor experience in China. You will work alongside other PMs, developers, and data analysts. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain complex concepts to non-technical users, as well as a good business sense of China's mutual fund and investment advisory industry.
