Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
1. Support SMM to prepare annual marketing plan & communication strategies including ATL & BTL activities cross omni-channels.
2. Responsible for brand IMC planning and execution.
3. Social and digital platform management.
4. Business data analysis and monthly sales forecast.
5. Understand and monitor the internal/ external business environment in category, customer, consumers and competitors via market research.
6. Co-work with cross-functional teams to co-make media and trade plan.
7. Product line extension and existing products management.

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

1. Bachelor and above.
2. Omni-channel (esp. E-commence & FMCG) business operation experience.
3. Strong communication skill with open-minded spirit to drive co-operation cross-functionally.
4. Fluent English skills.
5. Strong strategic thinking to drive holistic plan meeting business objectives.
6. Adept at Microsoft office series, esp. Excel usage & PPT presentation preparation.
