- 8+ years' work experience with solid background in customer service business operation and strategy

- Strong business acumen in managing commercialoperations and driving business growth
- Excellent communication (Chinese and English)and influence skills across business units and function departments
- Solid strategic thinking and problem-solving,with ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into frameworks
