- To translate materials for parent communications, key documentation for the department, parent workshop materials and external communications.
- To liaise with departments within the school to support in arranging events
- To support and organise Student Services events, e.g. booking venues, liaising with external providers, sending out invites, meeting and greeting visitors, collating feedback from events
- Liaising with members of the Student Services team on a daily basis regarding events, resources, documentation
- To manage DoSS calendar and arrange meetings with key stakeholders
- Sourcing and ordering resources for the department
- Maintaining key documentation for the department
- Running reports of student academic and pastoral data
- Building a network of external providers that support the Department
- Preparing documentation/ reports needed for meetings e.g. attendance reports, behaviour records, correspondence.
- At least 2 years relevant working experience.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, written and oral.
- Organization and time management skills. Must be able to efficiently multitask and prioritize.
- Computer skills. Must be efficient in Microsoft Office, as well as have strong computer and administrative skills.
- Flexibility. Must be extremely flexible, as different situations arise each day, and they must be effectively handled.
- Good written and verbal skills. Because the Student Services Administrator will be interacting with many people on a daily basis, good written and verbal skills are essential.
- Attention to detail. Must be attentive to details, as they will be the main point of contact for their manager or director.
