- Partner with Directors and team members on conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development
- Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives
- Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
- Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings (as needed)
- Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination
- Developing and responsible for projects budgets
- Coordination with technical team
- Participation in business development effort
- 12+ years professional experience including proven track record of leading the design of large-scale projects such as, corporate headquarters, commercial or mixed-use projects
- BArch/MArch or foreign equivalent, Architectural licensed
- Must understand trends in large, shell / core architectural design
- Possess a high level of visual and verbal communication skills and a high level of freehand and rendering skills
- Have the ability to mentor team members, offer guidance and leadership
- Be capable of using 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, Sketch up, Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the total project process including fee and team management, schedules and budgets
- REVIT is a plus
