    职位描述

  • 负责项目机电工程的质量、进度、投资控制、招标及合同管理、信息管理及组织协调工作
  • 审核设计图纸、施工组织设计和施工技术方案,提出审查意见, 组织机电工程招投标和设计技术交底、图纸会审
  • 协调机电与其他专业的交叉施工管理,确保工程进度符合整体进度要求,工程质量符合国家规范、行业标准及要求
  • 协调本专业设计变更工作,出具工程施工通知单、技术联系单, 配合成本合约部作好签证工作,安排好因各种原因提出的整改工作
  • 配合完成本专业竣工验收、资料交接、项目交接工作

    • 职位要求

  • 本科及以上学历,工程、机电等相关专业
  • 10年左右机电专业项目管理工作经历,具有医药等相关项目经验者优先
  • 精通水电、暖通、消防专业知识,熟悉相关专业施工规范及验收标准
  • 具有方案甄选、图纸审核、设计变更及质量把控能力和丰富的实践经验
  • 较强的沟通协调能力,责任心强
  • 具备独立处理和解决问题的能力
  • 良好的英语书面和口语沟通能力
