ü 计划、协调和执行与医疗器械行业相关的会议、网络研讨会、贸易展和研讨会等活动。

ü 与供应商协商合同并管理活动预算。

Job Description:
ü Plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, online seminars, trade shows, and seminars related to themedical device industry.
ü Collaborate with the marketing team to promote activities and develop marketing materials.
ü Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage activity budgets.
ü Conduct post evaluation of meetings, exhibitions, and other activities and report the results.
ü Stay up-to-date with industry trends and stay in touch with industry professionals.
ü Plan and organize MD academic promotion activities;
ü Construction, promotion, maintenance and update of WeChat official account;
ü The Technology and Marketing Department conducts market research, B2B customer segmentation, and data evaluation and analysis;
ü Actively complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

技能要求:
ü 曾组织过大型市场宣传会议,曾组织参与过大型展会,对于展台个性化设计有一定经验
ü 优秀的组织和项目管理技能。
ü 较强的沟通和人际交往、团队协作能力。
ü 具有较强的英文沟通能力
ü 熟练掌握办公软件(Word、PPT、Excel),会一定程度操作PS、AI、PR、AE等图片及视频处理软件的经验
ü 新媒体运营基础操作:
微信公众号、企业微信、视频号等第三方编辑,有短视频制作基本技能;
ü 具有较强的执行力,能及时完成交给的任务,能够在压力下工作并同时管理多项任务。
Skill Requirement:
ü Have organized large-scale market promotion conferences and participated in large-scale exhibitions, and have some experience in personalized booth design
ü Excellent organizational and project management skills.
ü Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as teamwork skills.
ü Strong English communication skills
ü Proficient in office software (Word, PPT, Excel), with some experience in operating image and video processing software such as PS, AI, PR, AE, etc
ü Basic operation of new media operation: WeChat official account, enterprise WeChat, video number and other third-party editors, with basic skills in short video production;
ü Strong execution ability, able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
