- 根据确定的采购工作范围,编写项目采购管理文件、组织编制和实施采购计划、进度及质量计划,确定采购进度、质量等目标和控制方法,对采购过程进行风险识别和评估
- 组织实施选择供应商、询价、技术评审、商务评审、商务谈判、签订合同等方面工作
- 组织编制项目采购周报、月报,管理采购过程文件归档
- 支持配合项目设计、施工、进度、费用、材料控制等方面的工作,与项目团队保持同步协作,跟进项目需求及时调整执行计划
- 检查采购合同履行情况,协调和监督供应商按合同执行及做好售后服务工作
- 本科及以上学历,工程管理、土木、机电等相关专业
- 15年以上工程项目采购相关工作经验,医药类项目的采购工作经验者优先
- 熟悉工程采购及管理流程,项目管理咨询工作者优先
- 具有较强的沟通及人际关系处理能力
- 出色商务谈判技巧和解决问题的能力
- 良好的英语书面和口语沟通能力
