- Partnering with department heads to identify gaps and propose effective solutions to deal with daily operational challenges, aiming at constantly improving our service level.
- Audit our process and methods with an efficiency mindset, to generate productivity gains and optimize our daily operations costs, having a direct impact on our margin.
- Designing and deploying SOPs and policies to drive key projects or implement best practices transversally.
- Building and cascading a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across all Operations functions.
- Acting as a trainer and coach, evaluating the needs and designing the solutions to help our people grow.
- Implementing adequate reporting tools to measure Key Performance Indicators across Operations team.
- Ensuring the projects are tracked and results are maintained, communicated and summarized.
- A Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain from a top tier Engineering School;
- 5‐6 years of successful work experience, as consultant or Operational Excellence engineer;
- Excellent knowledge of "Lean" methodologies and proven track record in deploying continuous improvement;
- Ability to connect with professionals at all levels within the organization;
- A strong work ethic of discretion and professionalism;
- A hands‐on management style and leadership with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English;
