- Develop, enhance, and maintain project management processes and tools within the PMO, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
- Define and document project management standards, templates, and guidelines to facilitate consistent project execution across the organization.
- Collaborate with program manages and stakeholders to ensure the processes are practice, effective, and scalable.
- Educate and train program managers and team members on the project management processes and tools to ensure consistent project execution.
- Establish and maintain project performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track and communicate project progress, risks and issues.
- Conduct regular assessment and audits of project management practices to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Min. 10 years proven experience working in a PMO or project management role with a focus on process and tools, or experience as Business Analysis in Consumer Electronics company.
- Experience in PHP/ Javascript/ CSharp/ Python.
- Fluent English communication in oral and writing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with Program managers, team members, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, WORKFRONT or similar
- Experience in PLM/ERP related enterprise management system
