    About the Role

    Process and Tools manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient project management processes and tools within the Project Management Office PMO), he/she collaborates with program managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective project execution and delivery. The PMO Process and Tools manager plays a vital role in driving standardization, enhancing project management capabilities, and optimizing project performance.

    What You Will Do

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain project management processes and tools within the PMO, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
  • Define and document project management standards, templates, and guidelines to facilitate consistent project execution across the organization.
  • Collaborate with program manages and stakeholders to ensure the processes are practice, effective, and scalable.
  • Educate and train program managers and team members on the project management processes and tools to ensure consistent project execution.
  • Establish and maintain project performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track and communicate project progress, risks and issues.
  • Conduct regular assessment and audits of project management practices to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Min. 10 years proven experience working in a PMO or project management role with a focus on process and tools, or experience as Business Analysis in Consumer Electronics company.
  • Experience in PHP/ Javascript/ CSharp/ Python.
  • Fluent English communication in oral and writing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with Program managers, team members, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, WORKFRONT or similar
  • What is Nice to Have

  • Experience in PLM/ERP related enterprise management system
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
