• MAJOR FUNCTION
  • Reporting to PMO Director of CC of APAC, manage project's whole life cycle from planning to implementation. Main tasks including Planning, Organize, Control, Monitor, Integration, Troubleshooting and Deliver of assigned projects.
  • Leading project team, develop new products from Project Initiation to Sales Launch; manage After-Sales demands until the NSD process is complete.
  • Leading project activities, utilize the cross-functional engagement, co-ordinate the external partners, seeking for alignments and resolving problems.
  • Leading for escalation to Steerco team when project needed.
  • Support PMO Director for other business assignments.
• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for Project cost, quality, and lead time; secure achievements of KPI.
  • Collaborates with Product Manager in developing product/project proposals.
  • Develop detail project plans and schedules, monitor progress and assign priorities to cross-functional project members to meet the project and company objectives.
  • Support the process to deliver according to project scope, provide financial justification, secure timeframe, optimize priorities, control cost.
  • Support the management of project changes, work with project team to evaluate and execute changes to meet the revised project and company objectives.
  • Support the cross-functional core team from Project Initiation to Sales Launch at committed resources.
  • Coolaborate with the project team, compiles, schedule, host and get Steerco Approval from the Gate meetings.
• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.S.M.E. preferred) or above.
  • PMP certification is preferrable or equivalent.
  • EXPERIENCE:
  • 8 years project management experience in general.
  • 4 years project management experience leading multidisciplinary and global teams.
  • Experience in developing complex products with large BOM is preferred.
  • Experience in developing integration of multiple systems into complete product, modular platform design approach is preferred.
  • KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
  • Proficiency in project management, global approach is preferred.
  • Proficiency in problem solving processes and creativity is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge and rich experience on NPD process, equipment or home appliance is preferred.
  • General knowledge of engineering design and technical knowledge.
  • General knowledge of regulatory approvals related to commercial and industrial products.
  • Ability to solve problems, manage conflicts and solve team-work related issues.
  • Ability to fast learning.
  • Good decision-making and rationalization ability.
  • Good demonstration leadership: ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and projects in a team environment.
  • Excellent Business English and Chinese is mandatory.
  • Excellent presentation skill.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • COMPUTER SKILLS:
  • Proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Basic understanding of development software.
