职位概要
1. 根据公司战略规划,设计并实施淘宝/天猫及京东店铺的全年度营销计划,包括但不限于大型促销活动(如双11、618等)、日常运营优化、会员体系构建以及站内外推广策略。
2. 精准分析淘系和京东平台规则、流量入口和用户行为特征,通过SEO优化、直通车、超级推荐、京东快车等工具进行广告投放和效果跟踪优化。
3. 深入研究竞品动态与行业趋势,结合产品特性策划专题活动,提升商品搜索排名和点击转化率。
4. 协调内部资源,与供应链、设计、客服等部门紧密合作,确保各环节高效协同以支持营销活动的顺利执行。
5. 制定并监控关键业绩指标(KPI),定期对运营数据进行深度分析,为决策提供依据,及时调整营销策略和执行方案。
6. 建立和完善商品运营体系,运用爆款打造经验,推动单品或系列产品的热销,提高品牌知名度和市场份额。
7. 关注并应用平台新功能、政策变化,洞察市场机遇,挖掘潜在增长点,持续拓展新的营销渠道和方式。
