    Job Description

    Service Management Trainer (50%):
    1. Develop training courses for service management for workshop.
    2. Develop and formulate training materials for service management.
    3. Develop online service management training courses.
    4. Conduct training: Implement Train-the-Trainer (TTT) training for self-developed courses, and participate in TTT transfer training and pass the assessment for courses not developed by oneself.
    5. Ensure training quality: Organize trainees to submit CSI and other feedback information after the training, and conduct graduation evaluation exams, with the exam scores retained. Regularly improve training materials based on customer feedback and market research results
    6. Support job certification and competitions.
    7. Provide support for other service management-related tasks.

    Service Business Development Specialist (50%):
    8. Support the formulation of team business and product development plans.
    9. Develop new sales channels and new customers for post-market training service products, grasp channel trends, and maintain customer relationships.
    10. Develop promotion, sales promotion, publicity, and other related activities for training service products, and be responsible for annual sales targets.
    11. Participate in various market and customer research activities, write research questionnaires, analyze, summarize, and provide new course development suggestions, new service project suggestions, and new product development suggestions based on the research results.
    12. Understand and be familiar with the situation of competitors, formulate differentiated competitive strategies based on the situation of competitors, enhance the team's differentiated competitive capabilities, and propose suggestions to improve the team's core competitiveness in the market.
    13. Benchmark mainstream service models, content, and prices in the market, and support service product pricing and quotation work.
