统筹线上客服及订单处理工作,包括为消费者提供售前咨询、订单处理、发货协调、售后服务、管理客服团队等工作。Responsabilidades:

1、统筹线上客服工作:制定团队工作标准及流程,合理分配工作任务
2、团队管理:持续提升团队工作质量与效率
3、售前咨询接待:解答客户咨询、解决客户问题,引导客户下单
4、订单处理:审核订单,与电商平台及仓库对接,沟通订单事宜并安排发货
5、售后处理:跟进服务的内容进行售后处理,解决售后事务,及时向上汇报异常或个人无法解决的客诉
6、外包团队管理:与外包客服团队紧密沟通合作,及时分享品牌及产品的最新信息,确保外包客服团队的工作质量
7、结算与数据分析:整理电商平台日售后数据形成报表;每月及时完成结算与相关台账
Requisitos:
为成功履行职责, 要求具备如下技能及资质• 相关工作领域学位
• 1~2年相似岗位工作经验优先考虑但不必须
• 愿意再安置到工作所在地
