- Order processing and acceptance
- Prepare cost estimates minus discounts according to specifications
- Schedule orders
- Prepare quotations for standard products according to predefined lists
- Read and evaluate customer specifications and customer requirement documents
- Compile technical and commercial offer documents
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support customers during site visits
- Process customer complaints
- Find, develop and implement technical solutions for special problems
- Coordinate with internal and external customers effectively
- Establish safe and proper work area and follow all safety requirements
- Perform in-house and on-site repairs and service activities
- Provide technical support and training as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word
- SAP knowledge in SD;MM;PP
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Works or any technical drawing tools are a plus
- Experience serving customers in oil & gas, power, chemical, water and other general industries
- Ability to reprioritize daily while still producing deliverables
- Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites
- BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and efficient
- Able to work well with a team
