- Bachelor's degree or higher in art, art education, or a related field
- Valid teaching certification/license
- Experience in teaching art, with a proven track record of excellence
- Prior leadership or management experience in an educational setting is highly desirable
- Monthly salary of 28,000 to 34,000 RMB before tax commensurate with experience and qualifications

A bilingual school, which was founded five years ago, is situated in the Huangpu and Pudong district of Shanghai. It provides bilingual teaching to students from first grade to the 12th grade of elementary, middle, and high school.
