- Teach the subject of computer science to high school students, ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
- Teach using provided or self-developed lesson plans, aligning with the school's point system
- Grade exams and follow the department's schedule and guidelines
- Collaborate with the Academic Quality Controller and Head of Department on student discipline and performance issues
- Implement the school's point system to maintain a learning-friendly classroom environment
- Supervise exams, ensuring a well-managed and adequate setting
- Support academically struggling students to boost their performance and motivation
- Prepare for external exams by reviewing past papers as per the revision schedule
- Assist in various duties like student testing, substituting teachers, organizing activities, and managing traffic
- Participate in student life events coordination, including art, open house, and physical education
- Attend training sessions to enhance understanding of the school system and improve performance
- Bachelor degree in a related subject matter and/or equivalent
- Teaching Certificate is a plus
- At least 1 year of A Level experience in secondary education
- Monthly salary of 25,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Monthly housing allowance of 5,000 RMB
