• Integrate the GCSP OTA process into BMBS OTA implement process.
• Coordinate and prepare OTA filing document together with different stakeholders (e.g. GCSP, RDC, BBAC, etc) to ensure the OTA filing can be completed according to the schedule.
• Prepare and supervise OTA implementation in the field.
• Keep communication with relevant authorities about the MB OTA operation and relevant policies.
• Communicate and coordinate with different stakeholders to better adapt the OTA operations for new China OTA policies.
Task description
OTA filing to authorities
• Clarify the OTA filing requirements from authorities.
• Coordinate and prepare OTA filing document together with different stakeholders (e.g. GCSP, RDC, BBAC, etc) to ensure the OTA filing can be completed according to the schedule.
Prepare and supervise OTA implementation in the field.
• Integrate the headquarter (GCSP) OTA process into BMBS OTA implement process.
• Work out the whole OTA implementation strategy according to different situations of the vehicles.
• Monitor customer feedback, dealers operation in order to give best customer experience in OTA.
Authority communication
• Keep communication with relevant authorities about the MB OTA operation and relevant policies.
• Timely communicate and coordinate different stakeholders to better adapt the OTA operations for new OTA policies and requirement.
Qualification
Education:
Bachelor degree or above, preferred in automotive engineering, computer science and technology Experience:
Minimum 4 years working experience in automotive industry or other software-related industries.
Specific Knowledge:
Fluent English writing and speaking skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Strong data analytical skills.
Assertive and willing to work independently and handle with uncertainties and challenge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills/Able to work as a team with different stakeholers
