Position Objectives

Drive efficiency and innovation through digital transformation, optimizing business processes and leveraging cutting-edge technologies within production planning.

Main Scope of Work

Analyze the current IT architecture and business processes in the production planning department.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for digital transformation, proposing innovative solutions and technologies.
- Design and implement digital projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and measure the success of digital initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to build support and alignment with the company's vision.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training to promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Strong academic performance and a proven track record of excellence in university coursework.

• Familiarity with IT systems and concepts relevant to production / manufacturing.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the automotive industry is advantageous.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and problem-solve creatively.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Project management experience or exposure to project management principles is a plus.

• Passion for digitalization and using new technologies - up to date on the current trends.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
