1.负责区域内新客户的开拓及发展维护,促进区域内已有客户的业务讨论及促进新服务发展
2.负责完成公司制定的销售任务
3.协助团队制定所执行各个服务产品线的销售战略及执行
4.收集区域内潜在竞争对手的业务信息
5.与BD团队转化战略合作伙伴,跟进金额过百万美金的重点项目,构建中长期业务发展管线项目
任职资格:
1.有3年以上中国境内药厂的B2B业务发展(BD)经验
2.有至少2年全额完成既往岗位公司制定的销售指标的记录
3.敏锐的业务洞察力及分析能力
4.拥有优秀的决策领导者及有影响力的人建立坚固关系的能力
5.生物学专业,硕士以上学历,有药物研发中疾病模型,药物筛选,或肿瘤药物研发的相关专业知识背景者优先考虑
6.有热情,乐于助人,执行力强,抗压能力强,善于沟通,有不断进取,精益求精的精神,有百折不挠,越挫越勇的性格,有感恩心态
