•依据ISO17025标准体系, 编写和升级相关的实验室质量文件,协助实验室审核,整改不符合项。
•试验相关设备和附件的购置、验收、维护,及时发现和沟通协调设备问题。
•日常的EHS管理,做好负责区域的5S工作。
•试验方法的改进,试验效率的提升。
•通过数字化、自动化不断提升实验质量、能力和效率。 你需要具备的品质:
•本科及以上电气或自动化相关专业
•2年以上测试或者电气相关工作经验
•熟悉试验项目的技术要求:相关的产品知识(二次回路原理,接线问题的排查)、标准中对机械试验的要求、试验设备的工作原理。
•熟悉实验室的工作流程及相关质量文件。
•熟悉设备性能参数,能进行设备维护、期间核查、能力验证和比对。
•熟悉公司的EHS要求,清楚本部门的EHS要求及常见危害因素和应对措施。
•具有良好的时间管理能力、沟通能力、动手能力以及基本的英语听说读写能力。
