- 分析和优化测试参数
- 基于现有的工艺参数优化测试工艺.
- 在线测试编程,气动测试,拧紧测试,电气测试
- 协调测试设备的安装、调试。
- 维护并保持设备有稳定的工艺能力
- 根据MKS(用于软件版本控制的软件)及工程更改要求来更新工艺标准,做好记录并及时通知相关人员。
- 新产品项目导入的准备工作(测试和在线编程程序准备及参数设置)
- 保持与TEF的紧密合作。
- 参与新项目的规划,对新项目涉及的人员、场地、物流等资源安排提出建议,经主管确认实施相关事宜。
- 参与产品质量分析。
- 组织引导生产人员对作业流程和质量进行持续改进。降低生产成本, 提高质量, 达到客户满意的要求。
- 根据质量体系要求组织编写相关流程和作业指导书。
- 接受主管经理的任务安排。
- 电子工程类本科毕业
- 4年以上产线测试台工作经验
- 熟悉气动&电动测试理论,程序刷写
- 熟练掌握数据分析方法
- 具有决策能力。
- 熟悉计算机和办公自动化软件操作。
- 良好的英文交流能力。
- 善于合作与协调。
