- Acting as topic owner responding for FuSa project.
- Creation and review of the ISO26262 work products FMEA, FTA, FMEDA,
- Hardware / software architecture level safety analysis.
- Planning and post processing of all activities of ISO 26262 Safety-Lifecycle
- Support and execution of Safety Analysis (Hazard Risk Analysis, FMEA, Failure Modes, Effects and Diagnostics Coverage Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, Code review, unit test)
- Understanding of vehicle control systems knowledge. Examples include NEV, Advanced Chassis, Body (any one domain)
- Work with customer integration engineers to identify, generate and implement test cases and validation criteria for a system under test.
- Work with customer integration engineer to design and build test benches to test and validate and high voltage and low voltage systems.
- Work with functional safety engineers to develop test cases and validation criteria to satisfy Functional Safety requirements as per ISO 26262.
- Work with customer Test managers to configure test setups and test runs according to the test plan.
- Work with the relevant engineers to meet diagnostic coverage requirements.
- Troubleshoot various systems and ECUs.
- Develop test automation, automate test tools, generate, and improve automation scripts.
- Run tests at various levels of integration, document and report test results
- Document and track issues as appropriate and participate in triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
- Ability to lead FuSa and SOTIF project.
- Excellent communication and good customer approach.
- English communication both written and oral
- Good understanding of OEM product line
- The resource should have minimum 3 to 5 years of function testing experience in chassis/powertrain/EV domain and good using experience on mainstream toolchain like dSPACE, NI, Vector, TPT, ECU-Test, etc.
- Should have scripting experience in CAPL, Python, C, C# and The Mathworks Products
- Knowledge & experience in FuSA, SOTIF, ISO26262, CAN Protocol, Diagnosis (KwP, UDS), ISO 14229.
- Should have skills in Identifying and resolving issues by analysing functionality and determining solutions.
- Should be proactive and ensure task is completed as per expectations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and a very good ability to interact with and command the respect of customers
