- 制定燃料电池电堆测试方案及测试大纲/Design fuel cell stack verification/validation test plans, protocols
- 负责电堆测试的执行,测试结果分析,支持电堆设计组完成电堆失效分析及改进方案/Leading stack verification/validation test execution, test result analysis, collaborate with stack design team for stack problem solving and optimization solution.
- 负责电堆测试工况敏感性测试,提供合适运行工况以支持电堆和燃料电池发动机应用/Leading stack operation condition sensitivity test, provide the suitable working condition for stack and fuel cell engine team
- 收集,优化及分析测试数据,整理并形成测试报告/Collect, reduce and analyze data, document and present findings; Write test reports and present findings to internal and ex-ternal customers
- 硕士及以上学历,机械,材料,化学,电化学等专业/Master of mechanical, material, chemical, electrochemistry engineering or similar education background.
- 汽车行业三年以上开发或测试工作经验,从事过燃料电池测试者优先/Min. 3 years of development/engineering experience with emphasis on experimental work in the automotive industry, experience in fuel cell stack preferred.
- 能够熟练使用数据处理软件(Python, Matlab)等进行测试数据处理和分析/Ability to use software(Python, Matlab) for testing data analysis;
- 熟悉燃料电池失效机理,了解电堆各项性能敏感性参数/Familiar with the failure mechanism of fuel cells and understand the sensitivity parameters of various performances of the stack;
- 良好的英语能力/Good English Skills in both "written and oral".
- 良好的沟通能力/Good communication skills
