- Receiving spare parts inquiry from customers and provide quotation
- Handle compliance related jobs
- Handle spare parts contract and orders.
- Arrange spare parts shipments from Germany and Singapore to China or to customer
- Cooperate with warehouse keeper to inspect imported spare parts
- Process invoices for spare parts
- Deal with the problem occurred during parts inquiry and order processing
- Maintain good relationships with spare parts customers
- Handle other jobs assigned by parts manager
- This position requires a college or university degree.

- Problem Solving: Utilize accepted procedures for problem analysis and resolution. Identify key aspects of problem-solving techniques used in own area.
- Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Provides prompt and effective responses to client requests and interactions. Monitors client satisfaction levels on a regular basis. Alerts own team to problems in client satisfaction. Works with clients to address critical issues and resolve major problems.
- 3-5 years of working experience in international trade will be an priority.
- Good at English reading, writing, listening and speaking.
