- Work cross functionally and with customers to capture customer recurring orders and create and manage opportunities within
- Provide gap analysis for historic orders not included in customer forecasts.
- Effective project management adhering to established timelines.
- Support Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and improvements to customer forecast accuracy.
- Generate customer presentations for business review including key customer data metrics.
- Analyze and utilize historical customer order information, customer forecast data, (as well as current open orders information) and work with customers' buyers and purchasers to drive the customer's purchase order horizon at least 2-3 months beyond our current lead-time.
- Develop and maintain metrics to track performance and contribution for their area, such as customer forecast accuracy.
- BS/BA degree in a business or analytical field (operations management, engineering, sciences, finance, business administration).
- Experience in a sales operations, forecasting, or similar role – required.
- Experience with SIOP, demand planning, forecasting and CRM in a manufacturing environment - preferred.
- Solid understanding of supply chain procedures and supply management
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Oracle or other ERP system.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must have proven experience in customer relations and problem-solving customer issues.
